Mega Menu Builder

Go to WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Menus.
You can create a new menu or use an exising menu.
Hover over any parent menu items. You should see ‘Mega Menu’ box appear on the menu item. Mega Menu only works on parent menu items; it won’t work on sub menu item.
Click on the Mega Menu box and you will see settings for Mega Menu.
In the settings, activate the Mega Menu, then edits settings you desire.
Edit with Elementor next to the enable toggle button to start editing mega menu.
You can use any available widgets in Mega Menu, and use multiple columns and rows in the menu.

In Elementor Canvas, drag and drop site nav mega menu widget.

Select nav menu from dropdown
Orientation of the menu
Alignment of the menu.
Mobile menu breakdown, menu dropdown apear direction/animation.
Select Sub menu display type from dropdown.
Animation settings.
Under > Style Tab > Menu Items, you will find menu typography, color, background color, padding, horizontal gap, vertical gap, border type, border radius and box-shadow options
